Da Lat Cider is made from 100% fresh fruits from the mountain regions of Da Lat, Vietnam. We only use locally sourced fruits to give our ciders a bold, bright and refreshing taste while supporting the local family farms and their harvest.

Honoring traditional time intensive, cidermaking techniques to deliver a truly authentic craft cider experience, we craft our ciders using a slow, cold fermentation of fresh fruits to retain natural flavors of the ingredients – a process that takes up to 6 weeks to craft a truly authentic hard cider.
